Fees for clients

F&B Consultancy Services: 

I provide comprehensive food and beverage consultancy services designed to optimize your operations. 

My fee structure is as follows:

  • $45 per hour for the first 20 hours of work 
  • $35 per hour for any additional hours beyond the initial 20 hours 

Weekly Rate:

  • $1,500 net per week
    • Hours: 10 hours per day, 5 days a week
    • Duration: Applicable for commitments of 2-4 weeks (or more, based on agreement)

An initial deposit of 50% of the estimated total fee is required upon signing the agreement. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion. 

This tiered structure offers flexibility and cost-effectiveness, ensuring that my expertise remains accessible throughout the duration of your project.
